*Snypex 10×42 Knight ED Binoculars*

Recently I came across a new optic company via social media. I decided to go to their website and check out their products. After looking around and liking what I saw, I decided to reach out to them so that I could learn more and try out a pair of these optics. A few days later I received a pair of the Snypex 10X42 Knight ED binoculars. As I opened the box I couldn’t help but notice that even the box they came in seemed to have quality and visual appeal to it. Once I opened the box I noticed a nice carrying case, a neck strap, and the binoculars.image

The binoculars had flip open lens caps on both the front and rear of the binoculars. They also had adjustable eyepieces to adjust for comfort and people with glasses. My first instinct was to pick them up and see how they felt. Immediately I liked how they felt in my hands, they were not too heavy or bulky. They also had what I felt to be a very durable coating on the exterior. I heard that they had exceptional low light capabilities so I took them outside to give them a whirl. It was just about dark out when I looked through them. I was able to see outlines of objects in the distance with my naked eye but not details of that object. Once I looked at the same object with the 10X42 Knight ED binoculars, I was able to make out the object more clearly. Another great feature is that they are water proof (nitrogen filled ensuring the binoculars are sealed) and fog proof. As hunters this is an awesome quality as we never know what elements we may endure while in the field. With these binoculars you can also focus on an object that is a little less than 6ft away. This too is a great quality in binoculars.

My overall impression of the Snypex 10X42 Knight ED binoculars is that they are excellent. I truly love the fact that they have the qualities of a higher priced set of optics but they are at a more affordable price. The overall feel, quality, low light capabilities, and clarity are some of the best I have ever used. If you are looking for an awesome pair of binoculars I would look at the Snypex 10X42 Knight ED.
